Everywhere I go, people tell me their stories.
Like a gift offered up — unwrapped slowly, tenderly.
A box of shame, a bundle of baggage, or simply a piece of the puzzle that says this is who I am or this is why I am.
Each story or secret forms a knot with another one from a different source — we are bound to each other by what we have in common.
Each story is just another thread, added to the tangle of what it means to be human.
These stories already feature in my work, but rather than limit that possibility only to my clients, I wanted to expand it — to provide a space for more of us to share our stories and our secrets.
Let yourself be seen, heard, and acknowledged.
We all hold back our vulnerabilities, the stories that weigh us down, the parts of ourselves that we're ashamed of, even though our vulnerabilities are exactly what connect us to each other.
We need that connection now more than ever.
The more we withhold, the more the shame controls us. That shadow hovers over us.
If you’re ready to flood yourself with empathy and compassion instead of shame, then head over here. Let something off your chest, shed a weight that’s pinning you down.
Let’s begin to undo those knots. By loosening the thread of one, it has a knock-on effect for others, spread out across the globe.
Sharing something is both brave and healing.
FYI: You can submit anonymously. Even I won’t know who you are, unless you want to leave your name.
If you do choose to share a story or a secret, be extra kind to yourself. Opening up about something, even anonymously, can cause a vulnerability hangover, so prioritize self-care.

P. S.
I have two spaces opening up for new clients in November. You can find more details here.
